DutyFreeOps was born out of a real need: replacing the aging systems that ran Boutique Hors Taxes de la Beauce's operations. Rather than adapting an off-the-shelf tool, I chose to design and build my own solution, built around the real needs of a duty-free business — from products all the way to customs compliance.
